We are seeking a new team member to fill the role of entry-level accounts clerk. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in accounting, with no prior experience required.

The successful candidate will be based at our office and will be responsible for:

  • Entering and balancing accounts receivable and payable on a daily basis
  • Assisting with other accounting projects in the office
  • Tracking deposits made to bank and handling deposit transfers
  • Assembling financial data for audits
  • Maintaining an orderly financial filing system
  • Reconciling department accounts monthly and preparing reports to present to management
  • Tracking tax payments and compiling information for tax filing
  • Completing purchase orders

This role requires an accounting-based degree or diploma qualification, as well as work authorisation in Australia.

A competitive remuneration package is available, depending on experience.
