Role Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing clinical nursing services to clients in their own homes. This will involve assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
This is a permanent role that requires working 5 days per fortnight. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wound and catheter care, advanced clinical assessment skills, and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet clients' unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on health-related topics.

About You
- Registered Nurse qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2+ years post-grad broad experience in general nursing.
- Strong experience in wound and catheter care, chronic disease management, and community nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current Australian driver's license.
