Candidates with civil electrical services experience are considered advantageous. Possession of current Skid Steer, Excavator, and Posi track tickets is mandatory, along with at least 2 years of civil operating experience.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their machine operation skills and able to assist outside of machine operations on site. A Certificate III in Civil Construction is highly desirable but not essential.
