Concrete Recycling Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit operator to work on our concrete recycling plant at Archerfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, performing routine maintenance tasks, and operating various machinery.

About the Role
  • This is a hands-on role that requires working near a moving conveyor belt in a small hut.
  • The operator will be responsible for picking up materials and performing routine plant maintenance such as greasing rollers and changing screens.
  • They will also operate a variety of machinery including excavators, bobcats, and water trucks.
  • Daily toolboxes will be used to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will be physically fit and have good mechanical skills.
  • Quick hands and attention to detail are essential for this role.
