Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in Lambton, NSW. As a key member of our Accommodation Services team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Support clients to develop their skills and independence, promoting their autonomy and choice.
- Encourage clients to engage in their community and participate in activities that promote social inclusion.
- Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Transport clients, if required, using our minivan.
- Prior experience in disability support is highly regarded.
- Availability to work a combination of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and awake nights.
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
- An attractive hourly rate, plus superannuation and penalty rates.
