Resident Wellbeing Manager

As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall wellbeing experience for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to creating thriving communities.

About the Role

You will be at the forefront of delivering wellbeing programs that bring real value to our residents. Your expertise will be sought after by Village Managers, Home Care partners, and local providers to help drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement vibrant wellbeing programs that cater to diverse resident needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to create dementia awareness initiatives, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs that truly make a difference.
  • Provide support and guidance to teams on wellbeing concerns, ensuring residents receive the care they need.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists to enhance services.
  • Champion consistency and celebrate success across regions.
