Director of Wellbeing and Safety Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Wellbeing and Safety. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and innovative professional to drive the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing, health and safety strategies.

The successful candidate will have expertise in leading wellbeing, health and safety functions in large, complex and dynamic environments. They will be able to leverage digital tools, data analytics and assurance processes to monitor compliance, track performance and enable continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement effective wellbeing, health and safety systems, policies and practices.
  • Establish inclusive, evidence-based wellbeing and safety frameworks that promote a culture of wellbeing and safety across the organisation.
  • Champion a healthy workplace culture through strategic planning, policy oversight and operational excellence.
