Job Title: Team Engagement Coordinator

This role is based in the Sydney CBD, requiring on-site attendance two days a week and additional office days as needed for scheduled events.

As a Team Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing business-specific events and activities, including offsites, in-person activities, townhalls, client meetings, and user groups.

You will provide general administrative support to key leaders, ensuring seamless execution of team connections and engagement.

Support strategic decision-making with clean data and thoughtful insights.

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and celebrations, ensuring every detail from venues to agendas is flawlessly executed.
  • Support key leaders with high-level executive support, including managing schedules, travel, town halls, presentations, and coordination.
  • Engage with broader community to amplify engagement and participation in APAC events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and celebrations with attention to detail.
  • Provide executive support to key leaders, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination.
  • Amplify engagement and participation in APAC events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal event planning within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services setting is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for people, community, and meaningful teamwork.
  • A naturally proactive, self-starting mindset.
  • Strong ability to workshop solutions and communicate them with clarity and conviction.
  • Great with words – clear, concise, and quick with summaries or follow-ups.
