**Location: Parramatta, NSW**
**Competitive, with generous performance bonuses and a pathway to career growth.**
**The Well Team**:
At The Well Team, we are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and at-risk youth to live fulfilling, independent lives. Our mission is rooted in the values of Relationships, Empowerment, and Community. We believe that by building strong, authentic connections and fostering a supportive community, we can help our clients become the heroes of their own stories.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Community Engagement Officer who can leverage their existing connections within the NDIS and bring a passion for client acquisition, all while embracing our values of trust, empowerment, and community.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly connected, results-driven individual to take on the role of Community Engagement Officer. In this role, you will be at the heart of our community outreach, using your existing relationships with NDIS support coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), and other stakeholders to drive client acquisition and build lasting relationships that align with our mission. This is more than a job — it's an opportunity to empower individuals with disabilities and be part of a community that values compassion, growth, and impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leverage your established relationships within the NDIS network to drive client acquisition and build trust-based partnerships.
- Foster long-term, authentic relationships with support coordinators, LACs, and NDIS organizations, ensuring that client needs are met in alignment with our mission and values.
- Actively participate in community events, workshops, and meetings, representing The Well Team and showcasing our values of supportive, inclusive community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and deliver high-quality, personalized services that empower our clients.
- Regularly report on your outreach activities, client acquisition outcomes, and contribute to the overall growth of The Well Team.
- What You Bring:
- Strong, existing connections within the NDIS ecosystem, especially with support coordinators, LACs, and other key stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the NDIS system and a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities through personalized care and support.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients while building meaningful, long-lasting relationships in the community.
- Alignment with our company values of Relationships, Empowerment, and Community — you believe that the best results come from authentic connections and shared goals.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to contribute directly to client acquisition and revenue growth, but with a focus on building trust and creating lasting impact.
**What We Offer**:
- Performance-based bonuses: Be rewarded for every new client you acquire, with bonuses tied to client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Fast-track to full-time: This casual role comes with a clear pathway to full-time employment for high performers, with opportunities for career advancement.
- Exclusive workplace perks:
- Convenient location near Parramatta Station for easy commuting.
- Free coffee/tea to fuel your day and access to a basketball court and table tennis table for breaks.
- Wheelchair-accessible facilities, including showers, and modern office amenities.
- Phone, laptop, and company vehicle access to support your work.
- Career growth: As part of The Well Team, you'll have the opportunity to advance into leadership roles and help shape the future of our community engagement efforts.
**Why Join Us?**
- Live your values: Work for a company that places Relationships, Empowerment, and Community at the core of everything we do. Be part of a team that is passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Make an immediate impact: Your existing connections will allow you to drive client acquisition and growth from day one, helping to expand our reach and increase our ability to serve the community.
- Personal and professional growth: At The Well Team, we believe in empowering our employees just as much as we empower our clients. Your success is our success, and we are committed to supporting your journey toward leadership and career advancement.
