Job Title:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with stakeholders, facilitating onboarding, and managing employee records via our ATS PageUp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their resource needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Recruitment including advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of pre-employment checks.
- Facilitate onboarding by preparing employment offers, assisting with mobilisation, and coordinating inductions for employees across Australia.
- Manage and maintain employee records via our ATS PageUp.
- Provide support with administration tasks to the wider teams where required.
