Job Title: Associate Director, Governance, Risk Management

SA Health is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the delivery of governance, risk management, and compliance practices across the Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to improve governance, risk, and compliance policies and practices.
  • Develop and implement governance and compliance frameworks that incorporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
  • Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
  • Direct change management initiatives to improve the quality, timeliness, and relevance of policies and processes.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment that values diversity and encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Law, Business Studies, Economics or other related discipline.
