Logistics Operations Manager

This is a key role that oversees and enhances last-mile transportation carrier management. The leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing transportation networks.
  • Analyse and review existing logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate and track relevant transportation metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate and communicate transportation planning and forecasts with carriers.

This leader must be a natural self-starter who can support both daily execution activities and complex projects.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
