Senior Architect and Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect and Interior Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to innovative projects that enhance human experience and celebrate place.

  • You will work collaboratively with our leading design team on full-time, in-studio projects based in Perth.
  • Collaborate with our talented creatives to shape spaces that elevate daily life and showcase creative excellence.
  • Play a key role in conceptual design, integration, and documentation across various project types.
  • Contribute to both architectural and interior design, including built form and interior detail.
  • Engage in design development, documentation, and detailing with attention to precision.
  • Deliver coordinated documentation packages showcasing your attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively through report writing and presentation.
  • Apply knowledge of sustainable and environmentally responsive design principles.
  • Collaborate with our national team, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
Requirements

For this position, we require:

  • A Master of Architecture or equivalent qualification in Interior Architecture.
  • 2-5 years' experience in architecture and/or interior design.
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential) with additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and Enscape advantageous.
  • A strong foundation in both architectural and interior design principles.
  • Proven experience in design development, documentation, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering coordinated documentation.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally responsive design.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Willingness to grow with our national team and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning.
