Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading client-facing design phases and collaborating with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation.

You will work across a diverse project portfolio, from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects. Your expertise in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House principles, will be highly valued.

In this role, you will contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year, with exposure to a variety of energy-efficient projects. You will have the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge design practices and collaborate with a tight-knit team of professionals.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong residential design experience, confidence in client meetings and concept presentations, and comfort with basic drafting and coordination with offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House principles.
