Job Title: Architectural Design Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to elevate your design career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Job Overview:

You will oversee client-facing sketch and planning design phases, collaborate with a global team to develop council-ready documentation, and work on a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.

  • Design residential buildings at 8–9+ star NatHERS rating
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House (Passivhaus) principles
  • Contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year
Requirements:
  • Strong residential design experience with a creative edge
  • Confident in client meetings and concept presentation
  • Comfortable with basic drafting and coordination with global teams
