Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Case Manager to join our team in a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, knowledge of complex rehabilitation case management, and the ability to provide effective advice and support on a range of case management services.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures, as well as relevant Commonwealth legislation across the entire case management cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure timely resolution of cases
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on complex rehabilitation case management issues
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to achieve best practice case management outcomes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of case progress and outcomes

Key Capabilities and Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of relevant people and case management related policies, practices, and legislation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders
  • Australian Citizenship and current baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain)

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits including comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
