Job Title: Hospitality Skills Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Training Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students across various hospitality courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Assessment: Conduct regularly scheduled on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support and safeguard a positive learning environment
  • Training Delivery: Train and assess students in various delivery methods, such as online, classroom or out on-site with a trainee
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of trainees and students, tailoring training to suit learner needs to achieve progression and completion targets
  • Maintaining Quality: Ensure all compliance obligations are always met, and delivery and assessment standards remain high
  • Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from different backgrounds throughout their vocational journey

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Real-world hospitality experience and a passion for sharing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt your training style to suit different learners
