Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Research Associate in Computational Genomics to develop innovative bioinformatics tools for genome and metagenome analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced methods such as ColabFold, ESM/ProtT5 embeddings, and neural network architectures to predict protein function.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience with Python, R, or C++ programming and high-performance computing (GPU/parallel workflows).
