Youth Mental Health Specialist

This role is part of a dedicated service on the headspace platform, focused on supporting young adults aged 12-25 who are facing severe and complex mental health challenges.
We provide professional clinical services, including evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy with a strong focus on recovery. We work closely with families and carers to ensure tailored support for every individual.
About You
- You have postgraduate experience working within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health service or Mental Health Service.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of working within a crisis intervention model of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional clinical services to young people and their families whose care might be less comprehensively addressed by headspace services alone.
- Liaise with relevant agencies and actively participate in case conferences and team meetings concerning the care of young people and support families.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Current unrestricted drivers licence.
- Postgraduate experience working within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health service or Mental Health Service.
