We are excited to offer a leadership opportunity overseeing all severe and complex mental health services within Headspaces Southport. In this impactful role, you will provide day-to-day operational oversight and mentoring to staff to deliver clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a high-impact team and elevate clinical outcomes for vulnerable young people
  • Represent Headspaces' complex services in senior-level stakeholder meetings
  • Champion quality improvements and clinical governance
  • Lead audits, manage complaints, and uphold compliance
  • Collaborate on reporting with the Data and Projects Lead
