This is a challenging role that requires the delivery of expert services and advice to clients across various fields.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout project or program delivery. They will also plan and execute projects, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Additionally, they will coordinate and lead project teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and professional experience in the education sector. They must be able to design human-centred learning experiences and develop online learning, applying knowledge of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practice, and the integration of educational technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project or program delivery
