Roster Coordinator



Job Description:

This is a key position that plays a pivotal role in supporting the effective management of our workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

They will also have strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Additionally, the successful applicant will have experience working with databases and Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

It is essential to note that this role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

The successful candidate will be a team player who can work independently and as part of a larger team to achieve organizational objectives.



Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in scheduling or rostering employees, or relevant experience
  • Proven ability to interpret awards and ensure scheduling compliance with industrial instruments and roster optimization
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor when dealing with employees and stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience working with databases and Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives
