This role is pivotal in assisting with rostering functions by collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend factors impacting workforce planning, rostering processes, practices and governance.
We seek an experienced roster coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in scheduling or rostering employees, as well as demonstrated proficiency in utilizing databases and Microsoft Office suite programs.
The successful candidate will also possess exceptional verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor when interacting with employees and stakeholders, and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities- Support rostering functions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand factors affecting workforce plans, rostering processes, practices and governance.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the scheduling/rostering of employees or relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to use databases and Microsoft Office suite programs
- Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments and roster optimisation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A friendly, no problem disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders
- Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills
