Australia Renewable Energy Project Leader

This role involves leading the delivery and development of projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate large teams to achieve financial close and progress projects into the construction phase.
- Negotiate contracts for renewable energy projects with multiple stakeholders nationwide.
- Manage expert consultants, reviewing their reports and overseeing technical project requirements.
- Lead civil engineers and consultants in collaboration with the wider team to ensure project engineering scopes are met.
- Secure renewable energy project development consents and necessary permits.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with project teams and senior management.
- Showcase ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Proven understanding of renewable energy commercial aspects.
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development and/or project engineering.
- Degree-educated in a related field.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including project teams, senior management, and external partners. A proven track record in project development and engineering is essential for success in this role.
