Charity Law Specialist

At our organisation, we are looking for an experienced Solicitor with a background in Charity Law to provide expert legal advice and guidance.

You will work closely with our General Counsel and Paralegals to ensure timely completion of required actions and provide comprehensive legal advice to our CEO and Board of Directors/Trustees.

Responsibilities include developing long-term strategies, preparing documents and evidence, and supporting the advancement of the organisation.

We require a qualified solicitor or recognised legal professional with recent experience in providing legal advice and support to charities or companies in Australia.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Experience as a solicitor or legal professional within the non-profit/charity sector is essential.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of specific laws and regulations pertaining to the industry that we work in, as well as local laws within Australia.
  • Ability to interpret and convey complex legal information in an understandable format.
