Job Title: Community Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Service Director to lead our child, family, and community programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing high-quality services that align with our organization's mission and strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement program strategies to enhance well-being and resilience in the Northern Territory.
  • Lead and manage a team of Managers within the portfolio to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to advance our organization's goals.

About the Role: As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our child, family, and community programs. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the social services sector
• Proven ability to develop and implement program strategies, manage budgets, and lead teams
• Experience with Department of Social Services (DSS) contracts highly regarded
• Demonstrated understanding of the social, cultural, and economic issues affecting children, families, and communities in the Northern Territory
