Director of Family Support Services

The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, leadership and management across family support, child protection and out of home care services. This role ensures professional standards are maintained, facilitates ongoing improvement and proactively leads internal and external collaboration to achieve best outcomes for children, young people, families and communities.
This key position is responsible for managing physical, human and financial resources effectively. It also involves ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including the Public Sector Management Act 2012 and Financial Management Act 2014.
