Consumer Education Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of a multi-year consumer education campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing an advertising strategy that boosts Australians' engagement with superannuation and retirement planning.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing campaign planning cycles, including end-to-end above- and below-the-line campaign related activities.
- They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration through below-the-line and earned media activities.
- We require someone who can develop and deliver effective and efficient consumer education advertising campaigns that comply with relevant guidelines.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or public relations.
- At least 7-10 years of experience working for corporate or consumer brands or large government agencies.
- Demonstrated excellent written verbal, analytical and presentation skills designed to influence decisions.
We regulate corporations, markets, financial services and consumer credit, and monitor and promote market integrity and consumer protection in the Australian financial system.
