About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Opal HealthCare. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly, conducting tours, and proactively managing sales enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the sales and admissions process is efficient and effective
  • Conduct tours of our care community to showcase our facilities and services
  • Proactively manage sales enquiries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Maximize occupancy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Support the implementation of approved marketing events to promote our services
  • Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including reception and other duties as required
  • Manage team rosters and timesheets to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service
