Event Coordinator Role

This role involves coordinating events and promotions to drive revenue growth.

  • Support the gaming marketing manager in executing event campaigns related to gaming events.
  • Coordinate and execute Event Orders, including sourcing promotional items to support individual events.
  • Liaise with multiple suppliers for event execution requirements.
  • Manage ticketing, menu, and transport requirements for all corporate facilities.
  • Provide creative briefs for event invitations to support the Events Calendar.
  • Maintain budgetary controls and report on monthly progress.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders for all events and promotional activities.
