Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Event Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing activities that support and promote Supercars events.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about event marketing and wants to be part of a dynamic team. As an Event Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with local stakeholders to maximise event exposure in the community and deliver engaging activities with a results-driven mindset.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Organise on-ground event activations and fan engagement activities
- Develop and implement fan engagement opportunities for events
- Create local area marketing plans for events throughout the championship calendar
- Execute promotions in local markets to drive ticket sales and complement paid media spend
- Provide event reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage event website, social media, and EDM content development and management
- Manage copywriting and proofing (e.g., Supercars and Ticketek websites, Official Program)
- Manage ancillary community groups (Supercars Members, Official Charities)
- Marketing support for Dunlop Super2 Series
- Monitor and execute government contract marketing deliverables
- Liaise with stakeholders
