We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Contracts Administrator. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects.
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts administration, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
- Brisbane based.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
