This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a legacy of quality and innovation while developing your career with an industry leader.The RoleA Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of fit out projectsProcurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final accountAdministration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpointMonthly budget management and reportingWorking collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.Experience/Qualifications RequiredTertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalentA track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essentialAn ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholdersWhats on OfferAn opportunity to join a exceptional business with a strong reputation in the marketFirst class training and development opportunitiesAttractive salary packages based off capabilities ranging between $120k - $180k + SuperFor any other construction roles or opportunities feel free to contact and view via LinkedIn at Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
