Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional concierge-style experiences onsite for our multinational alcoholic beverage client.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employees while building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct orientations for new starters and provide remote support to regional offices
  • Manage meeting room bookings and setups, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Provide comprehensive reception services including visitor management and correspondence handling
  • Oversee daily mail operations, package management, and office inventory
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, work orders, and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and office operations
  • Serve as the key liaison for all catering and event-related queries
  • Support HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, offsite storage, and mobile phone administrations
  • Ensure office safety and well-being
