Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technician to support our growing repair services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults in ICT hardware including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and related devices. Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify issues and apply appropriate solutions.

  • Assemble, install, and upgrade hardware components such as screens, motherboards, power supplies, and memory modules, ensuring optimal device performance.

  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks on repaired devices to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Carry out regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure devices meet operational standards and minimize downtime.

  • Maintain accurate service logs and documentation of work performed, facilitating efficient workflow management.

  • Provide expert technical advice and support to customers regarding hardware performance and care, fostering strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in IT, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' hands-on experience in hardware repair and assembly is required.

  • Strong knowledge of ICT hardware components and troubleshooting methods is essential.
