We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Centre Manager. This is a personally rewarding role where you can make a significant impact on the lives of many.
The successful applicant will ensure the smooth running of our well-regarded Centre, providing the highest level of care to our children and their families.
">Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth operation of the Centre, maintaining high standards of care and education.
- Lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement programs that reflect the unique needs and characteristics of our communities.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and families.
- Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
- Valid Blue Card.
- Current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
- Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
- Child Safe Standards Knowledge.
- Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Organisational skills and multitasking ability.
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process.
- Strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
- Passion for achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families.
