The Role
We are currently on the hunt for an inspiring leader, a Service Director to join our action packed Before and After-School Care service, located in Whitfield. This is a rare full time opportunity for someone looking to manage and oversee a large service. Your 38 hour week will be made up of rostered operational hours and then non contact admin hours. Admin hours can be flexible each day to suit you and used in between operational hours throughout the week.
As a Service Director you are responsible for providing an engaging program whilst ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework. You will lead and develop your team, build a sense of trust within the service and model behaviours that support each child to grow and achieve their developmental outcomes.

About You
- Completed or studying towards a childcare related Diploma or equivalent
- You hold a valid Working with Children Check(or willing to obtain)
- You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
- Available 7.00am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday
- Admin time will make up the 38 hour weekly contract
- You hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate(or are willing to obtain one)
