Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and advice to all dealers in relation to warranty.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role
  • Process and adjudicate all warranty claims and prior work approvals
  • Monitor and review warranty submitted claims and conduct monthly reviews of system data; recommend and take appropriate agreed actions
  • Communicate with dealers via email and phone
  • Utilize a thorough understanding of the Warranty Policy & Procedures manual in order to provide advice by way of effective problem solving & training
  • Conduct warranty audit and training as required. Assist in daily/monthly warranty reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve warranty issues
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of warranty claims
Requirements
  • Ideally a minimum 3 years' experience within a dealership/distributor environment
  • Previous experience in a customer contact role. Technical skills are highly desirable
  • Demonstration of strong mathematical aptitude & attention to detail
  • Ability to travel when required. Sound computer skills; Microsoft Office
