Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and task-focused individual to join our team as a Workforce Planning Officer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff rosters, the rostering/payroll system, and employee leave planner to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Airport Managers in achieving business objectives.
  • Support Rex Lounge operations across Terminal 2 & 3 by handling stock ordering/facilities management and other related tasks.
  • Effectively manage all telephone calls to provide professional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities to enhance productivity.
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately to maintain confidentiality.
  • Prepare and maintain client airline billing records accurately and efficiently.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Human Force Workforce Management software preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills are essential.
  • Sabre DCS experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional presentation and friendly demeanor.
