**About the Opportunity:**

We are launching a cutting-edge Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in New South Wales in partnership with Ocado. This state-of-the-art facility will revolutionize online grocery shopping by providing customers with improved availability, freshness, and a seamless digital experience.

To lead our team at this site as it ramps up, we need an experienced Workforce Planning Manager who can develop and deliver resource planning processes across the CFC and Home Delivery Hub facility.

This individual will report to the Head of CFC Operations and be responsible for managing relationships with 3PL partners, maintaining the resource planning system, and leading a highly motivated team onsite.

**Your Skills and Qualifications:**

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.

- Proven track record of working in large operations with complex workforces.

- Experience implementing bespoke rostering management systems and managing individualized team rosters.

- Strong commercial acumen, data analysis, and communication skills.

- Effective people leadership capabilities and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:
