Job Description

You will be working with self-managed entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping others become successful and financially self-sufficient.

The Self Employment Assistance program is a new initiative that provides participants with valuable knowledge, a Certificate in New Business Management, and ongoing mentoring and support.

Your role will involve consulting and assessing applicants for the program, delivering training, and assisting participants in developing a detailed business plan.

You will also provide personalized coaching, motivation, and guidance to participants, as well as facilitate the program according to accreditation standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult and assess applicants for the Self Employment Assistance program.
  • Deliver Cert IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business training.
  • Assist participants in developing a detailed business plan to Government and APM standards.
  • Provide personalized coaching, motivation, and guidance to participants.
  • Facilitate the program according to accreditation standards and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct a 12-month business mentoring program to support participant business progress.
  • Implement marketing and networking strategies to engage potential participants.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A TAE qualification (40116).
  • Criminal history check, Working with Children check, and current driver's license.
