Entrepreneurship and Innovation Manager

The entrepreneurship and commercialisation team works with students, researchers, alumni, investors, and industry partners to inspire, start and scale entrepreneurial pursuits. The team has a successful track record in startup and scale up of technology-based businesses.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual who shares a deep passion for supporting founders to join our talented and dedicated team. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Design, deliver and continuously improve key entrepreneurship training programs.
  • Work closely with the Director to develop and scale the pipeline of startups.
  • Provide high-level advice and mentorship to entrepreneurs at all stages of the business lifecycle. Connect entrepreneurs to further opportunities and facilitate workshops to enhance entrepreneurial skills.
  • Build relationships with mentors, experienced entrepreneurs, and investors and the broader ecosystem. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support the delivery of programs and enhance their reach.
  • Translate research into best practices, refining programs and structures to ensure impactful entrepreneurship education.
