Welcome to an exciting opportunity to accelerate the success of high-potential entrepreneurs and professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Coach who can empower our clients to turn their passion into profitable businesses.

The role involves coaching and mentoring clients through the process of building and scaling successful online coaching or consulting businesses. This includes delivering high-impact group coaching calls and 1:1 sessions, as well as supporting clients with strategy across various areas such as small business foundations, tech & systems, online & social media marketing, and sales & client acquisition.

As a seasoned entrepreneur who has built and scaled a successful business yourself, ideally in personal development, business coaching, media, or marketing, you will bring valuable expertise to this role. You will also have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in small business, coaching, consulting, or digital entrepreneurship.
  • Proven success scaling your own business to 6- or 7-figures.
  • Deep expertise in online marketing, social media strategy, and tech platforms.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire others to take bold action.
  • A passion for personal development, transformation, and helping others succeed.
