High-Profile Leadership Opportunity

Exceptional professionals are sought to spearhead the Sydney-based Structured Finance division of a globally recognised financial services organisation.

  • Lead analysis and monitoring of structured finance programmes to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
  • Oversee transaction performance, reviewing complex financial models for rigorous assessments.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and market insights.
  • Present recommendations to senior committees and external stakeholders.
  • Act as primary contact for arrangers, investors, issuers, and advisers, representing the business in the market.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and cross-border collaboration within the Asia-Pacific team.
Requirements

To succeed, you will bring:

  • 7–10 years' experience in structured finance, preferably from a credit, risk, or analytics background at a bank, arranger, issuer, investor, trustee, or consultancy.
  • Deep knowledge of securitisation structures, transaction documentation, and financial modelling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to represent the firm externally.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, guiding and mentoring junior staff.
  • A relevant degree in finance, economics, or accounting; CA, CPA, or CFA qualifications highly regarded.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
