Site Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of a construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining program delivery, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure program alignment and quality outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and QA standards
  • Monitor progress and address potential risks or delays
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants and suppliers to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial or education builds
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued at $10 million or more
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant construction legislation and safety systems
  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder Licence
  • Experience in education, institutional or D&C environments is preferred
