Property Inspector Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Inspector to join our team based in the Gold Coast. This role involves conducting site inspections on residential and commercial investment properties, taking photographs and electronically recording property data.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent computer skills, and is comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays. You will be interacting with various stakeholders, including tenants, building managers, property managers, accountants, and major property developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections on residential and commercial investment properties
  • Take photographs and electronically record property data
  • Interact with various stakeholders, including tenants, building managers, property managers, accountants, and major property developers
  • Travel regularly and stay overnight as required

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid unrestricted driver's license
  • Have exceptional time management skills
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Have excellent computer skills
  • Be self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously
  • Be comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays
