As a Property Investment Adviser, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. This is an exciting opportunity to transition from the financial services industry into property investment advisory.

In this full-time role, you will provide strategic and personalized advice to investors on property investment opportunities that align with their unique financial circumstances and risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive property investment strategies using software to identify financial goals and timeframes.
  • Collaborate with alliance partners, including mortgage brokers, financial planners, and accountants, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
  • Identify suitable property investment options for clients using a nation-wide network of property providers.
  • Analyse the financial performance of each property option using Property Investment Analysis Software.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable property selection and help facilitate the financing, and ongoing management strategies.
  • Assist clients with the management of their investment property portfolio through an in-house property management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions using third-party independent researchers to provide informed recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a property investment adviser or similar role within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property investment strategies, financing options, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify tailored investment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or a related field.
