Job Title:

El2 Implementation Squad Lead

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present structured insights, options, implications, and recommendations to drive the implementation of strategic projects.
  • Create materials for senior internal and external stakeholders to communicate perspectives, recommendations, and implications for the Agency.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills are required to discuss with Agency stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Develop action plans and ensure stakeholder alignment to enable successful project execution.
  • Embed change through authorship of policy papers and guidance materials.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in large, complex cross-organisation projects/programs is essential.
  • Project or change management leadership experience is necessary.
  • Project and/or change management qualifications are desired.
  • Experience working in large, complex service delivery organisations is advantageous.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and management skills are required.

 

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
