About This Opportunity

This role plays a critical part in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within a designated territory.

You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and meeting ambitious growth targets, acting as the representative on the ground.

  • Prospect for new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
  • Manage your pipeline to meet high-growth sales targets by screening, qualifying, demonstrating products, and successfully negotiating contracts.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, provide support, and address any challenges they face.
  • Achieve a high level of ownership in your territory, working closely with regional agricultural groups to foster deep relationships across the beef industry.
  • Assist in owning the end-to-end customer experience during onboarding and deployment of products, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for gathering customer feedback in your territory. Work closely with Support, Product, and R&D teams to share insights from the field that can drive product improvements and innovations.
Key Requirements
  • Expertise in sales and customer success, with a history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with the beef industry, understanding its unique challenges.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and own results.
  • Critical thinking skills to manage a large territory with a balanced focus on sales and customer success.
  • Resourceful and quick-thinking, able to work well with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive solutions.
  • Ability to travel frequently within your territory to engage with customers and prospects.
