We're looking for a Business Analyst with experience in AI, machine learning or digital transformation to support this strategic initiative as part of a 6-12 month contract.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify & Shape Opportunities: Work with cross-functional teams to surface and prioritise where AI and ML can create value across the enterprise.
• Business Process Analysis: Map workflows, define business requirements, and translate opportunities into actionable initiatives.
• Project & Change Delivery: Support AI pilots and proof of concepts, influence stakeholder buy-in, and assist with change adoption activities.
• Enablement & Education: Help business teams understand the potential (and limits) of AI and ML technologies. Partner with product, data, and L&D to uplift capability.
• Continuous Learning: Keep up with AI/ML trends and bring fresh ideas and insights into the team.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst within technology, digital, or transformation projects.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation initiatives (or strong interest backed by study or practical experimentation).
• Ability to cut through complexity, simplify problems and identify measurable business value.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - with experience in large, matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Workday, conversational AI, or marketing automation is advantageous.
